Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team. The primary focus is to drive sales by engaging directly with school principals, administrators, special educators, and therapy centers to promote our high-quality wooden educational toys and rehabilitation equipment. You will be responsible for creating, pitching, and executing sales strategies to meet company targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct School/Client Visits: Conduct regular visits to preschools, primary schools, Montessori schools, and rehabilitation clinics to build direct client relationships.
- Product Demonstrations: Demonstrate the educational and motor-skill development benefits of wooden toys and therapy equipment to educators and therapists.
- Lead Generation & Sales Target: Identify potential clients (schools, rehab centers, NGOs) and generate new sales leads to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Sales Pitch & Negotiation: Present product catalogs, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales deals.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to understand trends in educational toys and rehabilitation aids and analyze competitor products.
- Reporting: Track sales data, maintain a CRM database, and prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 0 - 5 years of experience in B2B sales or marketing, preferably in toys, educational products, furniture, or rehabilitation equipment industries.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and local language) to interact with school management.
- Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Education: MBA (Master of Business Administration), preferably with a specialization in Marketing or Sales.
- Field Work: Ability to work independently and manage a designated territory for field sales
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in B2B selling to school administrations or rehabilitation/physiotherapy setups.
- Basic understanding of early child development or therapeutic activities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
