Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build strong client relationships. The candidate will help promote our advertising and creative services and support company growth in Bangalore and Calicut markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients through calls, networking, references, and research.
- Generate leads for advertising, branding, digital marketing, and creative services.
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements.
- Fix meetings and assist in client presentations.
- Prepare basic proposals and share service details.
- Follow up with leads and maintain client database.
- Coordinate with internal team for project requirements.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
- Support business expansion activities in Bangalore and Calicut.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing.
- Ability to build client relationships.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing / advertising is an advantage.
- Willing to travel if required
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Relevant experience in sales / business development preferred Experience
- 1 to 3 years experience in sales, marketing, or business development (Advertising agency experience is an advantage)
Working Hours
9.00 am to 6.30 pm
Salary
As per company standards + incentives based on performance
