About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Sales Executive to join our team. This role requires a strategic approach to lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth within the corporate travel sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales acumen, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Identify potential clients, generate new business leads, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Client Acquisition & Follow-ups: Proactively reach out to prospective clients, nurture relationships, and convert leads into long-term partnerships.
- Cold Calling & Outreach: Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings to present tailored travel solutions.
- Sales Target Achievement: Implement sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly revenue goals.
- Client Relationship Management (CRM): Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
- Business Strategy & Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to refine sales approaches.
- Corporate Meetings & Travel: Comfortable with in-person client meetings and business travel as required.
- Brand Representation & Networking: Enhance market presence through active participation in industry events and corporate networking opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in business development, corporate sales, or travel sales.
- Education: BBA/MBA in Business Administration, Bachelor's in Travel & Tourism, or equivalent qualification.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with expertise in formal email etiquette. Proven ability in sales negotiation, lead conversion, and client retention.
- Strong research and analytical skills to identify market opportunities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting.
- Result-oriented mindset with the ability to meet sales targets under tight deadlines.
