Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for student outreach, relationship management, lead conversion, and strategic partnerships to drive business growth. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about the education sector, study abroad opportunities, and sales & marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Partnerships & Institutional Outreach

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, colleges, and educational institutions.
  • Conduct seminars, webinars, and workshops to generate interest and awareness about studying abroad.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities to expand Collegepond's reach and influence.

2. Event Management & Representation

  • Represent Collegepond at education fairs, expos, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Assist in organizing and executing student engagement events, webinars, and orientation programs.

3. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  • Stay updated on the latest trends in study abroad programs, university requirements, and visa processes.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to refine Collegepond's offerings and value propositions.

4. Establishing B2B Partnerships

  • Identify and collaborate with educational institutions, test prep centers, coaching & counselling institutes, and corporate organizations to drive student referrals and brand awareness.
  • Develop strategic alliances with universities, scholarship bodies, and financial institutions to enhance service offerings.
  • Negotiate and formalize partnerships through MOUs, tie-ups, and exclusive agreements to expand Collegepond's reach and credibility in the study abroad ecosystem

  • Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or student counseling, preferably in the education sector.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
    • Experience in handling B2C sales, student outreach, and lead conversions.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
    • Willingness to travel occasionally for institutional visits and events.
