We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) for our Bangalore location. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting sales growth.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outreach and corporate client acquisition.
- Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective and existing corporate clients.
- Present company products and solutions to decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate accounts.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update sales activities in CRM/reports.
Note: This is a field-based Corporate B2B Sales role involving client visits and meetings. It is not an inside sales or telecalling position.
Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email communication
- Confident personality with a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow in sales
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
Eligibility
- Graduate in any stream
- MBA/PGDM candidates can also apply
- 0–1 year of experience in sales/business development preferred
