Job Description

Field Sales Executive – IT Sales (Fresher) – Bangalore

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive (IT) in Bangalore to acquire and manage SME/retail customers for our IT products/solutions (hardware/software/services). The role involves meeting prospects in assigned areas, explaining product features in simple technical terms, doing demos, collecting requirements, and coordinating with the internal team for proposals and closures.

Responsibilities:

  • Visit customers daily in the field to generate leads, pitch IT products, and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Understand basic IT needs (systems, networking, software) and suggest suitable solutions.
  • Maintain visit reports, follow-up tracker, and update CRM/Excel regularly.
  • Coordinate with presales/technical team for demos, POCs, and installation support.
  • Build long-term relationships with channel partners and end customers.

Requirements:

  • Freshers or up to 1 year experience in sales; basic IT/computer knowledge is mandatory.
  • Must own a two-wheeler and valid driving license; willing to travel extensively in Bangalore.
  • Good communication in English and local language (Kannada preferred), and strong negotiation and convincing skills.
  • Any graduate/diploma (IT/CS/Electronics preferred); basic MS Office skills
