Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities in IT staffing and IT sales.
- Build and maintain relationships withArabic-speaking clients, understanding their IT staffing and sales needs.
- Identify and qualify leads, conduct sales presentations, and close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored IT staffing and sales solutions.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and forecasts to management.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Fluent inEnglish (both written and verbal).
- Proven experience in IT staffing, IT sales, or business development.
- Strong understanding of IT services and technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (preferred).
