Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities in IT staffing and IT sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with Arabic-speaking clients, understanding their IT staffing and sales needs.
• Identify and qualify leads, conduct sales presentations, and close deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored IT staffing and sales solutions.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities and forecasts to management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and verbal).
• Proven experience in IT staffing, IT sales, or business development.
• Strong understanding of IT services and technologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (preferred).
