Business Development Executive (BDE) ExperiencedExperience Required:
2+ years in IT/Software/Service-based industry (Upwork, LinkedIn & Apollo experience mandatory)
About the Role:
We are looking for a result-oriented and highly driven Business Development Executive who has hands-on experience in client acquisition through platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, and Apollo. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using AI tools to improve outreach, lead generation, and conversion strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and acquire new clients through Upwork bidding
- Strong experience in writing customized proposals and handling Upwork accounts independently
- Lead generation and outreach through LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Experience using Apollo.io for prospecting, email campaigns, and database management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct requirement gathering and coordinate with technical teams
- Follow up with prospects and close deals
- Maintain sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, automation tools, CRM tools, etc.) to optimize outreach and improve productivity
Required Skills:
- Proven track record of closing deals from Upwork / LinkedIn
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Hands-on experience in cold emailing & LinkedIn outreach
- Experience with Apollo for data extraction & campaign execution
- Ability to create compelling proposals
- Target-driven and self-motivated personality
- Understanding of IT services (Web, Mobile, QA, DevOps etc.)
