Business Development Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating and nurturing leads, managing client accounts, and fostering strong communication with stakeholders. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to meet business goals and expand the company's client base.

• Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong skills in Business and Account Management
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Highly driven and self-motivated, with strong organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the clinical research or healthcare industry is an advantage
