Role Description

This is a full-time remote night shift position only apply if you can work during night hours. The Business Development Executive will identify and generate new business opportunities, develop and maintain strong client relationships, and manage accounts for customer retention. The role involves lead generation, prospecting, and creating strategies to achieve business growth and organizational goals. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver solutions that align with CleverTales mission of empowering young learners.

Qualifications

• New Business Development & Lead Generation: Ability to identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to drive organizational growth.
• Business Strategy & Account Management: Skilled in maintaining and nurturing client relationships while contributing to strategic planning.
• Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients and internal teams.
• Collaboration & Adaptability: Capable of working effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment while managing diverse challenges.
• Industry Awareness: Understanding of the education technology sector or related industries is an added advantage.
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
