Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Madurai for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and generating new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and building and maintaining strong client relationships. You will contribute to the organization's growth by executing robust lead generation strategies and managing accounts to ensure client satisfaction and success.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and create new opportunities.
  • Strong skills in Business and Account Management to build and maintain effective partnerships with clients.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging with diverse clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Prior experience in sales, business development, or a related field is preferred.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is advantageous.

Experience in the blockchain industry is an added advantage.

2+ years of experience is required.
