This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive position located in Vadodara. The primary responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, maintaining strong client relationships, and managing accounts to ensure the satisfaction of existing clients. The role requires coordination with internal teams to develop and execute strategic growth plans, as well as contributing to the overall success of the organization by meeting business objectives.

• Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Expertise in Business and Account Management practices
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales strategies
• Excellent negotiation and networking capabilities
• Ability to analyze market trends and generate actionable insights
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
