1. Role Objective
To drive B2B business growth in aerospace and aviation sectors by identifying new opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, and supporting Cast Profiles Pvt. Ltd.s expansion into global aerospace supply chains.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Aerospace Business Development
- Identify and develop business opportunities with:
- Aerospace OEMs
- Tier-1 / Tier-2 suppliers
- MRO organizations
- Expand CPPL's presence in domestic and international aerospace markets
B. B2B Marketing & Lead Generation
- Generate leads through:
- Aerospace exhibitions
- Vendor registrations and procurement portals
- Digital platforms Management (LinkedIn, industry networks)
- Execute account-based marketing strategies for targeted clients
C. Customer Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with:
- Procurement teams
- Engineering & sourcing departments
- Act as a single point of contact for key accounts
- Drive long-term partnerships and repeat business
D. RFQ & Proposal Management
- Analyze customer RFQs, drawings, and specifications
- Coordinate internally for:
- Feasibility (Engineering)
- Costing (Finance/Purchase)
- Delivery timelines (Production)
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals aligned with aerospace requirements
3. Qualification & Experience
Educational Qualification :
- B.Tech / BE (Mechanical / Production)
- MBA (Marketing) – Preferred
Experience:
- 3–5 years in B2B sales/marketing in the aerospace or aviation sector
- Experience with:
- Aerospace OEMs / Tier suppliers
- Export markets
- Technical product sales

6. Compensation & Benefits
Compensation will be discussed and finalized mutually based on the candidate's performance during the selection process, along with consideration of past experience, educational qualifications, and relevant skills.
