Job Title: Business Development Executive (Upwork)
Location: Zirakpur, Punjab
Work Mode: Hybrid (Monday to Friday | Split Shift)
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in Upwork and LinkedIn-based client acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, crafting compelling proposals, and converting prospects into long-term international clients, primarily in the US market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and bid on relevant projects through Upwork and LinkedIn
- Write customized, client-focused proposals to improve conversion rates
- Generate and qualify leads for Digital Marketing, WordPress, and Shopify projects
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
- Conduct requirement analysis and coordinate with internal teams
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve monthly revenue targets
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Upwork bidding and LinkedIn lead generation
- Proven track record in client acquisition and deal closures
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing and WordPress projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience handling international (especially US) client calls
- Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 (In-hand) plus performance-based incentives
