Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive (Upwork)

Location: Zirakpur, Punjab

Work Mode: Hybrid (Monday to Friday | Split Shift)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in Upwork and LinkedIn-based client acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, crafting compelling proposals, and converting prospects into long-term international clients, primarily in the US market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and bid on relevant projects through Upwork and LinkedIn
  • Write customized, client-focused proposals to improve conversion rates
  • Generate and qualify leads for Digital Marketing, WordPress, and Shopify projects
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
  • Conduct requirement analysis and coordinate with internal teams
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Achieve monthly revenue targets

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Upwork bidding and LinkedIn lead generation
  • Proven track record in client acquisition and deal closures
  • Strong understanding of Digital Marketing and WordPress projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience handling international (especially US) client calls
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 (In-hand) plus performance-based incentives
