Key Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach
• Tele calling to the prospect customers.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Create and execute strategic business development plans aligned with company goals
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to deal closure
• Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and product demos with potential clients
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align go-to-market strategies
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnership agreements
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies
• Mentor junior business development team members
• Prepare detailed reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior leadership
Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
• Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and client acquisition strategies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in SMS Industry is a plus
• Existing network of industry contacts
• Familiarity with digital marketing and lead generation tools
