BNC has been mandated to recruit a Business Development Executive for a leading Financial Advisory Firm based in Delhi-NCR.
Role Overview
We're looking for a proactive and ambitious individual to identify business opportunities, acquire clients, and promote a range of financial products and advisory services.
Key Responsibilities
Generate, qualify, and convert new leads
Build and nurture long-term client relationships
Understand client financial needs and propose suitable solutions
Present financial products and advisory offerings
Coordinate with internal teams for seamless client onboarding
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle with timely follow-ups
Prepare sales reports and share market intelligence
Participate in client meetings, discussions, and events
Eligibility & Skills
BBA / MBA (Finance or Marketing preferred)
1-2 years experience in Sales / Business Development / Financial Services
Basic understanding of financial products
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Goal-oriented, confident, and eager to learn
MS Office & CRM knowledge preferred
