As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Tier-1 Business Development Executive who can actively drive client acquisition, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Role OverviewThe Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring clients, and building strong long-term relationships. The ideal candidate should be a proactive sales professional with strong negotiation skills and a proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outbound sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Actively generate new client accounts and job requirements for staffing and workforce solutions.
- Develop strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expand the client portfolio.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close business deals.
- Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track progress using CRM or ATS systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term client retention.
Required Qualifications- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Development Executive or similar sales role.
- Proven experience in client acquisition and revenue generation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experience in staffing, IT services, or workforce solutions will be preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
