Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Business Development Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build a robust sales pipeline for Bridgei2p's VoIP and cloud communication solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, reaching out to prospects via calls, emails, and meetings, and presenting tailored solutions aligned with client needs. The role involves preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating terms, and closing deals in collaboration with cross-functional teams. The Business Development Executive will also maintain strong relationships with existing clients, track sales metrics, provide feedback to improve offerings, and represent the company at meetings, events, and demos.
Qualifications
  • Proven skills in lead generation, prospecting, client relationship management, and B2B sales within technology or telecom domains.
  • Ability to understand and articulate VoIP, cloud contact center, and business communication solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the confidence to engage decision-makers at multiple levels.
  • Competence in using CRM tools, MS Office or Google Workspace, and basic data analysis for tracking pipelines and sales performance.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven mindset with strong time management, organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and in teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field; equivalent practical experience in sales or business development is also valued.
  • Prior experience in telecom, SaaS, or IT services is an advantage, along with familiarity with the Bengaluru business ecosystem.
