Role Description

  • Drive Revenue per Room (RevR) growth and ensure month-on-month achievement of assigned targets.
  • Identify, onboard, and sign up new hotel partners across the assigned region for Brevistay portals.
  • Build, manage, and sustain strong relationships with partner hotels.
  • Conduct regular field visits (hotel visits) for meetings, negotiations, onboarding, relationship management, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain and update monthly sales trackers; plan and execute sales strategies accordingly.
  • Take individual ownership of assigned revenue and partnership targets.
  • Identify new growth opportunities while strengthening and optimizing existing partnerships.
  • Conduct demand forecasting and market analysis to drive strategic sales decisions
