This is a full-time, on-site role in Chandigarh for a Business Development Manager. The individual in this role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and securing partnerships to expand the academy's reach. Daily responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, conducting presentations, engaging with clients and partners, and identifying trends for strategic initiatives. Additionally, the Business Development Manager will collaborate with the internal team to align strategies for marketing and student outreach. They will also represent the academy at industry events and educational fairs to drive brand visibility.

• Proven expertise in business development, client relationship management, and strategic partnerships
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of sales strategies, market analysis, and trend identification
• Familiarity with the education and training industry is highly desirable
• Ability to develop actionable marketing strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and data analysis
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
