BrandMongo is a performance-driven marketing agency at the intersection of tech + creativity. We specialize in app-based campaigns, digital growth, and full-stack marketing solutions for ambitious brands.

We're looking for a Business Development Executive with agency experience in app campaigns and AdTech knowledge to help us scale our business.

What You'll Do
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities in app-based campaigns, performance marketing, and media buying.
  • Leverage your network & expertise (Mobavenue, iCubesWire, or similar agency background preferred).
  • Build strong relationships with advertisers, brands, and networks.
  • Pitch BrandMongo's services to potential clients and close high-value deals.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing & AdTech trends to position BrandMongo as a growth partner.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and client satisfaction.

What We're Looking For
  • 13 years of experience in business development / sales at a marketing agency.
  • Proven experience in app-based campaigns (CPI, CPA, programmatic, etc.).
  • Good understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, and AdTech platforms.
  • Strong networking, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
