- Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Drive new client acquisition and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Re-engage dormant or dead accounts and convert cold leads into active prospects
Lead Management & Conversion Efficiency
- Actively qualify, nurture, and convert leads generated through digital marketing channels
- Maintain high conversion rates for qualified leads to successful sales closures
Client Onboarding & Relationship Management
- Ensure smooth onboarding process for new clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive long-term loyalty
- Understand client business needs and tailor engagement accordingly
Sales Process & Documentation Excellence
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, including proposals, follow-ups, and status updates

- Stay updated with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities
- Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and relevant knowledge-sharing sessions
