Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Development Executive based in Patna. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating and nurturing leads, and managing client accounts. The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, communicating value propositions, and contributing to the growth of the company through strategic business initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Communication and closing the deals.
  • Strong abilities in Business and Account Management to oversee client accounts and ensure satisfaction.
  • Self-motivation with a focus on achieving targets and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of the advertising industry and prior experience in a sales or business development role is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
