Role Description

We are seeking a Business Development Executive for a full-time on-site role located in Dwarka, New Delhi. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, cultivating client relationships, and managing accounts. Key responsibilities include developing and presenting tailored proposals, conducting market research, building strategic partnerships, and achieving growth targets to drive the agency's success.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong skills in Business and Account Management
• Excellent Communication skills to establish and nurture client relationships
• Proven ability to strategize and deliver on growth objectives
• Familiarity with the creative agency or advertising industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proactive mindset, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to client success
• Agency Experience is a plus
