Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive with 2+ years of experience in B2B sales. The ideal candidate should be skilled in lead generation, client communication, and converting prospects into long-term business relationships. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, reaching out to potential clients globally, and bringing in high-value projects that support the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns to generate new business leads.
  • Identify and connect with potential clients in both domestic and international markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
  • Present company services, products, and solutions to potential customers.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
  • Conduct product demos and solution presentations when required.
  • Work towards closing high-value or profitable projects.
  • Maintain and update sales pipelines and lead data using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project discussions and onboarding.

  • CRM Tools: HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Email Outreach Tools: Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly

Required Skills

  • Strong B2B sales and business development experience.
  • Ability to understand technical products and explain them to non-technical clients.
  • Experience with SaaS or software services sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
  • Ability to conduct product demos and solution presentations.

Preferred Skills
