About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Advisor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who are keen to build a career in business development and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and follow-ups
  • Understand client requirements and present suitable company services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and basic presentations
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of services
  • Work towards achieving assigned business targets

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Fresher or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or related roles
  • Candidates with prior experience or exposure in a Fintech company will be preferred.
  • Graduate in any discipline (Commerce, Management, or Finance background will be an advantage).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and target-oriented
