Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Lead Generation Executive with at least 1 year of experience in B2B lead generation. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and scheduling meetings to support the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, online directories, and databases
  • Generate leads via:
  • LinkedIn outreach
  • Cold emailing
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM
  • Follow up with prospects to nurture leads
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B lead generation
  • Good understanding of LinkedIn outreach and email marketing
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated

Preferred (Good to Have)

  • Experience in marketing or digital agency industry
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Experience handling international clients

Performance Expectations

  • Generate qualified leads consistently on a monthly basis
  • Book meetings for the sales team
  • Maintain proper CRM
  • Contribute to revenue pipeline growth
