The Business Development Executive will play an important role in introducing ACCU360 ERP to potential clients and partners, explaining its benefits, and identifying organizations that can benefit from implementing the system.
Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive responsible for generating leads, engaging potential clients and partners, and coordinating with the internal sales team to convert prospects into business opportunities. The role requires strong communication skills, research ability, and the capability to identify serious prospects and guide them through the sales funnel until demonstration and closing stages.
Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation- Identify and generate new business leads through online research, business directories, professional platforms, and other digital sources.
- Build and maintain a database of potential clients and partners.
- Continuously explore new channels and innovative methods to generate quality leads.
2. Customer Engagement- Initiate communication with potential prospects through:
- Email communication
- Phone calls
- WhatsApp messaging
- SMS or other digital communication methods
- Engage with prospects professionally and provide accurate product or service information.
3. B2B Sales Process- Contact potential business partners and explain the partner onboarding process.
- Understand the partner's existing workflow, business model, and targeted market.
- Identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership.
- Schedule demonstrations or further discussions with the internal demonstration team.
4. B2C Sales Process- Reach out directly to end customers and explain product features and benefits.
- Provide clear information before scheduling product demonstrations.
- Qualify prospects and ensure that only serious and interested customers are moved to the demo stage.
5. Lead Qualification- Evaluate the seriousness and potential of prospects before allocating significant time or resources.
- Avoid spending excessive time on unqualified leads.
- Focus on prospects who show genuine interest and potential conversion opportunities.
6. Sales Coordination- Coordinate with the demonstration team to schedule demos for qualified leads.
- Ensure proper communication between leads, partners, and internal teams throughout the sales process.
- Support the sales pipeline until deal closure.
7. Marketing Communication- Draft and send effective email campaigns to prospective clients.
- Participate in bulk email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and other outreach initiatives.
- Adapt to new marketing channels introduced in the future.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI / KRA)Performance will be evaluated based on:
- Number of qualified demos scheduled with customers or partners.
- Number of partners successfully onboarded.
- Quality of calls and communication with prospects.
- Effectiveness and persuasiveness of email communication and marketing messages.
- Contribution to the overall lead generation pipeline.
Working Hours- 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Sharp)
- Monday to Saturday
- Weekly Off: Every Sunday
- Additional Off: 2nd and 4th Saturday of every month
Work Mode- Current Mode: Work From Home
- Future Requirement: After completion of probation or for any promotion, the executive may be required to work from the office.
Salary & Compensation- Starting Salary: 15,000 per month
- After successful completion of the probation period and based on performance, the salary may increase to 20,000 per month.
