Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Raipur for a Business Development Executive. The primary responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, building and managing client relationships, and overseeing account management activities. The role also involves frequent communication with potential clients to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions, as well as contributing to the development of business growth strategies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and expand client base.
- Strong skills in Business Strategy and Account Management.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Proven experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of the FMCG sector or experience in a relevant industry is a plus.
