This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Aurangabad. The BDE will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and building relationships with clients to foster business growth. The role involves developing and executing strategies for account management, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective engagement and relationship management.

• Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with experience in identifying and pursuing market opportunities.
• Proficiency in business analysis and developing strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Effective Communication skills, including the ability to engage with clients and present solutions clearly.
• Experience in Account Management and developing long-term business relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business goals.
• Proven track record in IT services, sales, or related industries is an advantage.
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is desirable.
