Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, based in Aurangabad. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and sustaining relationships with clients, developing and executing growth strategies, and meeting assigned targets. The manager will conduct market research, analyze competitive landscapes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the academy's outreach and offerings. Additionally, the role requires handling client inquiries, negotiating deals, and ensuring seamless execution of partnerships.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Business Development, Sales, and Account Management.
- Minimum one year experience at edtech business development
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build lasting client relationships
- Strategic thinking, market research, and data analysis expertise
- Communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Experience in the education or training sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
