Job Description

This is a remote position.

SPARK+ Technologies is looking for a Business Development Executive who can confidently engage with clients, partners, and prospects through online and in-person meetings, product demos, and business presentations.

The ideal candidate should be strong in communication, proactive in follow-ups, and able to drive outcomes with a clear, result-oriented approach. This role is central to opportunity development, relationship building, and representing the company in external interactions.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct in-person/online client meetings, product demos, and presentations.
  • Manage structured and timely follow-ups with leads, prospects, and partners.
  • Drive new business opportunities through lead outreach, networking, and relationship management.
  • Represent SPARK+ at events, conferences, and meetups.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals, pitch decks, and documentation.
  • Support partnership development and collaboration activities.
  • Perform basic market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.

Preferred Skills :

  • Experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or client-facing roles.
  • Exposure to events, networking, or marketing activities
Eligibility

Qualifications / Skills Required :

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills confident in public speaking and client meetings.
  • Consistent and disciplined follow-up skills.
  • Result-driven approach with focus on outcomes and timely execution.
  • Ability to build relationships and manage client conversations professionally.
  • Basic understanding of tech products or digital solutions is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capability.
