Existing retailers ke saath strong relationship maintain karna
Product listing aur visibility ensure karna
Sales target achieve karna aur monthly growth lana
Market survey karna aur competitor analysis dena
Distributor ke saath coordination karna
Scheme aur offers retailers tak communicate karna
Required Skills
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Field Sales Ka Experience (FMCG / Cosmetics Preferred)
Local market knowledge
Target-oriented approach
Basic MS Excel / reporting knowledge
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 10th pass / Graduate preferred
13 years ka experience (FMCG / Cosmetics / Retail Sales)
