Role OverviewAs aBusiness Development Executiveat theFloor.Estate Experience Centre, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients and visitors. The role involves delivering a premium brand experience, understanding customer needs, providing product and service consultations, and generating qualified leads to drive business growth. The BDE will support walk-in conversions, maintain client relationships, and collaborate closely with internal teams to achieve sales and mandate objectives.
Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Conversion- Engage with walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and qualify them for potential business opportunities.
- Conduct effective product/service presentations, demonstrations, and walkthroughs.
- Convert footfall into qualified leads and support lead nurturing until closure in coordination with sales or channel partners.
2. Client Relationship Management- Build strong rapport with visitors and maintain relationships through regular follow-ups and CRM engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, requirements, and feedback using CRM tools.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring customers receive a consistent and premium Floor.Estate experience.
3. Sales Support & Coordination- Coordinate with Sales, CRM, and Channel teams to ensure smooth lead handover and timely closures.
- Share customer insights with management to support product enhancement and experience improvement.
- Assist with sales documentation, proposal sharing, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling.
4. Customer Experience & Brand Representation- Offer personalized assistance and need-based recommendations through detailed product/service consultations.
- Ensure adherence to brand messaging, communication tone, grooming standards, and customer interaction guidelines.
- Participate in floor walks, experience mapping, and in-centre events or activations.
5. Reporting & Analytics- Maintain daily and weekly reports on footfall, lead generation, conversion ratios, and follow-up status.
- Use CRM dashboards and lead trackers as prescribed.
Requirements- 34 years of experience in real estate sales, business development, or channel sales (preferred).
- Strong communication skills are mandatory.
- Excellent persuasion, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up discipline.
- Ability to work closely with multiple teams and maintain proper documentation.
- Willingness to work on weekends and comfortable with frequent travel.
