Key Responsibilities
Connect with pre-qualified doctors and healthcare professionals through outbound calls.
Introduce and explain Docterz's HealthTech products and solutions.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Qualify leads and convert them through effective follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Collaborate with senior sales members to improve sales pitches, objection handling, and closing skills.
Build long-term relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.

Eligibility
0-5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, or Customer Engagement.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow.
Comfortable interacting with doctors and clinic decision-makers.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
