The Business Development Executive is the frontline growth engine of Docterz. You will

directly interact with qualified doctors and healthcare decision-makers. No cold, irrelevant

leads - while learning structured sales, healthcare technology, and B2B relationship

What You Will Do

As a Business Development Executive, you will:

- Engage with pre-qualified doctors and healthcare professionals through outbound calls to

introduce Docterz's products and solutions

- Clearly explain product value, address queries, and help prospects understand how our

solutions improve clinical and operational outcomes

- Identify, qualify, and convert leads through structured conversations and follow-ups

- Build and maintain an updated database of prospects, tracking interactions and progress

accurately

- Work towards individual and team revenue targets, learning how performance-driven

sales teams operate

- Collaborate with seniors and managers to continuously improve pitch quality, objection

handling, and closing skills
