Role Description The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for Aarav Infotech's website maintenance, design, and Google Workspace services. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential clients, generating leads, conducting client outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, and presenting tailored service proposals. The role involves managing and nurturing client accounts, coordinating with internal teams to ensure service delivery, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities and pipelines. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, requiring active collaboration with sales, marketing, and technical teams to achieve business growth targets.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify, qualify, and convert prospects into clients.
  • Candidates should possess skills related to Business and Account Management to handle client relationships, negotiate deals, and support long-term partnerships.
  • Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and active listening.
  • Experience in IT services, digital solutions, or website-related offerings is beneficial.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets, work with CRM tools, and analyze market trends is an advantage.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
