Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Executive (BDE). The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and converting prospects into long-term clients.

The role involves conducting market research, reaching out to potential clients, presenting company services, negotiating deals, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver successful projects. The BDE will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding the client base of AlturaLabz.

Compensation Structure

  • Base Salary: 25,000 per month
  • Incentive:10% 15% commission on project value

Role Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries
  • Reach out to prospects through LinkedIn, cold emails, calls, and networking
  • Present and explain Altura Labz services and solutions to potential clients
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for project scoping
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

  • 13 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience with lead generation, LinkedIn outreach, or cold calling is preferred
  • Ability to work independently in a remote and target-driven environment
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
  • Experience in IT services, software development, or tech startups is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
