We are Hiring: Business Development Executive- B2B Sales

Roles & Responsiblities:

  • Identify, target, and connect with corporate clients and corporate leaders to promote training and certification solutions.
  • Generate new B2B leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
  • Understand client training requirements and recommend suitable corporate learning programs.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations, demos, and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and partnership terms with corporate clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Update and manage lead data, interactions, and sales progress in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (training, operations, marketing) for smooth onboarding and delivery.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Track market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to refine sales strategy.

Mandatory Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proven B2B sales or corporate sales experience
  • Negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Online Lead generation ( Linkedin Sales Navigator)
  • Relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines
  • Mnimum qualification: Graduation

Salary & Perks

  • Salary INR 20,000 INR 35,000 per month (excluding variables)
  • Travelling Allowances for client meeting visit only
  • Variable: Attractive incentives, contests & goodies
  • Working days will be 6 days per week ( Monday-Saturday)
