Profile - Business Development Executive

Location - Noida Sec - 62 ( Travel as required )

Experience - 2-3 years (Prior experience in ecommerce is preferred)

Employment Type - Full time

CTC Offered - 5-8LPA ( depends upon the interview )

Role Overview

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for building and managing a strong enterprise sales pipeline across ecommerce, D2C, quick commerce, and digital commerce ecosystems. The role requires ownership of lead generation, CRM management, consultative selling, deal closure support, strategic relationship management, and collaboration with internal teams to drive client success and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

1.  Pipeline Development & Management

•     Design and execute strategies to build and manage a multi-million-dollar enterprise sales pipeline

•     Identify and target new business opportunities across domestic and international markets

•     Focus on brands operating in or expanding into ecommerce and quick commerce

2.  Lead Generation & Database Management

•     Own the entire lead management lifecycle - from lead generation to qualification and nurturing

•     Oversee inbound and outbound lead generation activities

•     Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize campaigns and outreach strategies

•     Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM and lead databases

3.  Sales Cycle Management & Deal Closure

•     Manage the full enterprise sales cycle, including discovery, needs assessment, solution design,

proposals, negotiations, and contract closure

•     Apply consultative selling approaches to address complex client challenges

•     Structure deals, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure optimal value for clients and the firm

4. Strategic Relationship Management & Client Success

•     Build and nurture long-term relationships with key enterprise clients

•     Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders

•     Drive client satisfaction, retention, and account expansion opportunities

•     Work closely with internal delivery teams to ensure seamless execution

5.  Thought Leadership & Brand Representation

•     Leverage existing senior-level networks to generate new opportunities

•     Represent Pinnacle Growth Consulting at industry events, conferences, and networking forums

•     Contribute to thought leadership and brand-building initiatives within the ecommerce ecosystem

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

•     Enterprise sales pipeline value created and managed

•     Qualified leads generated across domestic and international markets

•     Number of discovery calls, senior stakeholder meetings, and proposals submitted

•     Proposal-to-closure and deal conversion rate

•     CRM hygiene, lead nurturing effectiveness, and follow-up discipline

•     Revenue contribution from new business and account expansion

•     Client satisfaction, retention, and expansion opportunities generated

Required Skills & Experience

•     2-3 years experience in business development, enterprise sales, or consultative sales

•     Experience in ecommerce, D2C, quick commerce, digital commerce, agency, or consulting

environments preferred

•     Strong understanding of sales pipeline development, lead management, CRM hygiene, and deal

closure processes

•     Ability to identify, approach, and build relationships with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders

•     Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

•     Ability to understand complex client challenges and structure solution-led proposals

•     Comfortable collaborating with marketing and internal delivery teams for campaigns, proposals, and

client success

•     Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable representing the firm in industry forums and networking

opportunities

•     Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting systems
