Primary title (portal-optimised): B2B Business Development Executive (ECommerce)
Location & Workplace: On-site India. Regular travel to client locations and trade hubs may be required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify and convert new B2B accounts (manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers) across Indian markets using targeted outreach and relationship selling.
- Build and manage a structured sales pipeline; forecast deals, track progress, and consistently meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Deliver solution-focused product demos, prepare commercial proposals, lead contract negotiations, and close deals end-to-end.
- Coordinate onboarding and implementation with operations, catalogue, and account teams to ensure timely go-live and initial revenue recognition.
- Monitor competitor activity and marketplace trends; surface client feedback to product and marketing to refine offerings and pricing.
- Maintain up-to-date CRM records, produce regular sales reports, and collaborate with leadership on territory strategy.

- Comfortable working on-site in India with regional travel; ability to manage complex stakeholder engagements.
- Strong commercial acumen, goal orientation, and experience using CRM-driven workflows to manage quota.
