Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fresher Business Development Executive role located in Indore. The Business Development Executive will support the growth of the agency by identifying potential clients, assisting in lead generation activities, and reaching out through calls, emails, and social platforms. The role involves understanding client requirements, presenting suitable digital marketing services, and coordinating with internal teams to help shape proposals and basic presentations. The executive will update and maintain databases and CRM tools, track engagement and follow-ups, and contribute to building long-term client relationships. The position offers training and guidance to develop core business development skills and grow within the organization.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify prospects and support client acquisition.
• Candidates should possess Business and Account Management skills to understand client needs and assist in maintaining ongoing relationships.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for professional interaction via phone, email, and meetings.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, social media, content, web design) or willingness to learn quickly.
• Ability to work on-site in Indore, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
