Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to manage student enquiries and drive admissions for technical courses such as Full Stack Development, AI & ML, Data Science, Cyber Security, Data Analytics, and Digital Marketing.The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, proven experience in converting leads, and the ability to handle student queries and objections professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming student leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Conduct counselling calls and explain course details clearly and convincingly.
  • Follow up with interested students and convert them into confirmed admissions.
  • Understand student requirements and suggest suitable courses (Full Stack Dev, AIML, Data Science, Cyber Security, Data Analytics, Digital Marketing).
  • Manage objections/doubts and provide solutions to overcome student concerns.
  • Maintain accurate lead status and daily activities in CRM/Excel.
  • Coordinate with the admissions and academic team for smooth student onboarding.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets set by the academy.
  • Maintain professionalism, discipline, and excellent customer service throughout the process.

Required Skills

  • 25 years of experience in EdTech sales, counselling, or B2C inside sales.
  • Strong listening skills, objection handling, and rapport-building ability.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
  • Comfortable working in a structured system and reporting daily
  • Must have a laptop
  • CRM / Excel lead management
  • Strong communication skills (English, Telugu mandatory)
