Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new leads for our RCM services through cold calling, targeted outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn) and research.
- Conduct research to understand prospective clients business needs, challenges and pain-points so you can present tailored RCM solutions (billing, claims, denial management, etc) that meet those needs.
- Follow up and engage leads through the sales funnel: discovery, qualification, proposal, negotiation, closure.
- Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets (monthly/quarterly) and drive revenue growth for the RCM business.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, interactions, outcomes and pipeline status in our CRM platform (Zoho CRM). Track and update leads, opportunities, follow-ups, proposals and closures.
- Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals and quotations aligned with the clients requirements and company offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Service Delivery, Marketing) to ensure smooth transition of new clients, hand-off from sales to service and alignment on client expectations.
- Provide feedback and market intelligence on client needs, competitor offerings and emerging trends in RCM services to help refine service offerings and sales strategies.
- Regularly report sales performance, pipeline status, forecast and business outcomes to the Sales Manager and senior leadership.
