Role Overview

Arcitech AI is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth and expand our client base. As an AI-driven organization, we expect candidates to be comfortable leveraging modern AI tools to enhance prospecting, research, client communication, and sales efficiency.

This role is ideal for a motivated professional with strong experience in SaaS sales, B2B sales, and strategic business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads
  • Drive revenue growth through client acquisition and account expansion
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare forecasting reports
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with business goals

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 35 years of experience in Business Development, SaaS Sales, or B2B Sales

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong sales strategy and revenue generation capabilities
  • Proven experience in client acquisition and lead generation
  • Good understanding of market analysis and sales forecasting
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage and close high-value accounts
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce or similar)
  • Awareness and practical use of AI tools such as ChatGPT and other AI-driven productivity or research tools to improve sales effectiveness
