Role Overview
Arcitech AI is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth and expand our client base. As an AI-driven organization, we expect candidates to be comfortable leveraging modern AI tools to enhance prospecting, research, client communication, and sales efficiency.
This role is ideal for a motivated professional with strong experience in SaaS sales, B2B sales, and strategic business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads
- Drive revenue growth through client acquisition and account expansion
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Monitor sales performance and prepare forecasting reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with business goals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 35 years of experience in Business Development, SaaS Sales, or B2B Sales
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong sales strategy and revenue generation capabilities
- Proven experience in client acquisition and lead generation
- Good understanding of market analysis and sales forecasting
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage and close high-value accounts
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce or similar)
