Overview

We are looking for a Business Development & Client Servicing Executive to support sales growth and manage client relationships for a corporate gifting company. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client requirements, coordinating orders, and ensuring smooth execution of gifting projects from enquiry to delivery.This role requires a mix of sales, client servicing, and coordination, working closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver customized gifting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Identify and reach out to corporate clients for gifting requirements (festive gifting, employee engagement, events, promotional merchandise)
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, outreach, and existing contacts
  • Pitch corporate gifting solutions and present product options based on client budgets and requirements
  • Develop relationships with HR, marketing, admin, and procurement teams within companies

Client Servicing & Account Management

  • Manage existing client accounts and handle repeat orders
  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable gifting options
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and product presentations
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Order Coordination & Execution

  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to execute orders smoothly
  • Track timelines for product sourcing, customization, packaging, and delivery
  • Ensure quality standards and timely completion of gifting orders

Operations & Reporting

  • Maintain client records, order details, and sales trackers.
  • Support invoicing and payment follow-ups when require
  • Track order progress and update clients on delivery timelines

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 2-4 years of experience in business development, client servicing, or sales.
  • Experience in corporate gifting, promotional merchandise, events, or B2B sales is preferred
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client orders and deadlines simultaneously
