Overview
We are looking for a Business Development & Client Servicing Executive to support sales growth and manage client relationships for a corporate gifting company. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client requirements, coordinating orders, and ensuring smooth execution of gifting projects from enquiry to delivery.This role requires a mix of sales, client servicing, and coordination, working closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver customized gifting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and reach out to corporate clients for gifting requirements (festive gifting, employee engagement, events, promotional merchandise)
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, outreach, and existing contacts
- Pitch corporate gifting solutions and present product options based on client budgets and requirements
- Develop relationships with HR, marketing, admin, and procurement teams within companies
Client Servicing & Account Management
- Manage existing client accounts and handle repeat orders
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable gifting options
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and product presentations
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Order Coordination & Execution
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to execute orders smoothly
- Track timelines for product sourcing, customization, packaging, and delivery
- Ensure quality standards and timely completion of gifting orders
Operations & Reporting
- Maintain client records, order details, and sales trackers.
- Support invoicing and payment follow-ups when require
- Track order progress and update clients on delivery timelines
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- 2-4 years of experience in business development, client servicing, or sales.
- Experience in corporate gifting, promotional merchandise, events, or B2B sales is preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple client orders and deadlines simultaneously
