Role Description

Please note this is a part-time, on-site role based in Kolkata. As a Business Development Executive, the candidate will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, develop client relationships, and manage existing accounts. Responsibilities also include conducting market research, creating strategies to expand the institute's outreach, and promoting its courses and programs to students and parents for impactful engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Experience in Business and Account Management
• Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
• Proactive and self-driven with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of the education industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field
• Previous experience in education-focused business development roles preferred
