Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, referrals, and other lead generation channels.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline from prospecting to closure.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial quotations for prospective clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project handovers.
• Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high client satisfaction.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and emerging digital marketing services.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
• Experience working with a Digital Marketing Agency is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, ASO, Performance Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Paid Advertising, or related solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience with lead generation, client acquisition, and consultative selling.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales outreach platforms is a plus.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
