Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Vijayawada. The Business Development Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities with colleges, training partners, and corporate clients to expand Apex Skill Technologies reach. Responsibilities include generating and nurturing leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, and understanding client requirements to propose suitable internship and training solutions. The role involves managing accounts, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring timely follow-up on proposals and agreements. The Business Development Executive will also collaborate with internal teams to support marketing campaigns, gather market insights, and contribute to revenue growth targets.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a focus on building a sustainable client pipeline.
- Business and Account Management abilities to manage client relationships, negotiate agreements, and support long-term partnerships.
- Excellent Communication skills, including presentation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles, preferably in EdTech, education, or training services.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working with targets and KPIs, with a data-informed approach to planning and reporting.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel locally for client visits, events, and campus engagements as required.
